A&A's annual SHARC Week is a celebration of our research, capstones and RSOs. This year's "week" is compressed into one all-encompassing evening of poster sessions, hardware showcases and the Capstone Film Fest. We invite student participation and alumni and industry attendance. This is a great showcase of our work and an opportunity for networking.

Registration process
1. Sign up for research or RSO presentations by May 8
Showcase your innovative work! You do not have to have completed research and results to share. You can present work in progress. RSOs may register for a table and do not require a poster.
Graduate students: Sign up for a 2-minute lightning pitch and poster presentation
Undergraduate students: Sign up for a poster presentation or RSO table
2. Create a poster
For those presenting research, you can either
- Use a poster from another event (UW research showcase, JCATI Symposium, AIAA conferences, etc)
- Create a new poster (suggested size 40" X 32") and print it at a local service like UW Poster Printing on campus or off-campus services like EZ Copy & Print or Professional Copy & Print, both located on University Way NE. Check wait times and pricing.
Check with your PI if there is funding for your poster. If you do not have funding through your PI for your poster, you can apply for department funding through the registration form. The on-campus printer will take University budget worktags.

3. Upload a digital copy of your poster by May 16
While you will bring a physical poster to the event, we will post a digital version on our department website for additional promotion of your work. Please include your name in the file names.
- Graduate students: Please submit the following files: 1) Research poster and 2) Lightning pitch slide for your 2-minute lightning pitch. Submit your poster and pitch slide. Log in with your UW NetID.
- Undergraduate students: Submit your research poster. Log in with your UW NetID.
