The paper titled, “Experimental Investigation of a Baffled-Tube Ram Accelerator” was named as AIAA Best Paper by the ASME Propulsion Committee. Congratulations to lead author, Professor Carl Knowlen, and co-authors Professor Adam Bruckner, recent alumni Jeffrey Glusman (MS 16), Richard Grist (MS 16), and Professor Andrew Higgins (MS 93, PhD 96) of McGill University, who will be recognized for their technical and scientific excellence at the July 2017 AIAA Propulsion and Energy Forum and Exposition.
